How to Add and Manage Strategic Priorities

Understanding the Strategic Priorities tab.

It's possible that the Attuned team will have already entered your strategic plan for you before inviting you into the system. 

However, if you are entering your plan yourself, you’ll see an empty Strategic Priorities tab when you click on Strategic Priorities under Strategic Plan.

To add a new Strategic Priority, click the gray Add Priorities button and you’ll be greeted with the screen below.  

Find the category of your priority and click the smaller Add Strategic Priority button.  The button will be replaced with the box in which you can type or paste your priority name and description. Click Complete to add your priority.  Repeat these steps for each priority. 

Click Continue when you’re done, or just click the Strategic Priorities tab at the top to view the priorities you have added.

Once you’ve entered your priorities, the screen will look like this:


Use the pencil icon to edit the priority text, the trash can icon to delete the priority (including any initiatives, deliverables, and measures associated with it), and the six-dot icon to change the order of the priorities by dragging and dropping.
