Progress Monitoring: Overview

Initiative Leads own one or more initiatives on the strategic plan. Reviewers help and guide Initiative Leads in their work. The Progress Monitoring Tool supports a periodic collaboration cycle between Initiatives Leads and Reviewers on each initiative. This structured and recurring cycle will improve team communication and ensure consistent monitoring of results, leading to more successful strategic plan implementations and a greater impact on your schools and students.
